Refund & Cancellation Policy
Sri Surabharathi Sanskrit & Cultural Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Sanskrit and Indian cultural heritage. All donations made to the foundation support our activities, programs, and initiatives.
1. Donations
All donations made through our website are voluntary contributions towards our mission.
- Donations are generally non-refundable
- Once a donation is processed successfully, it cannot be canceled
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Incorrect amount entered accidentally
- Unauthorized transaction (subject to verification)
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 3–5 working days of the transaction with the following details:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Transaction ID / Payment Reference
- Reason for refund request
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Any transaction or processing charges may be deducted
5. Payment Gateway
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store sensitive financial information such as card details or banking credentials.
